@Golly2004 I wouldn't drink a protein shake in between your rest. While you're resting you should be resting and not giving your body more jobs to do like digesting something.

@Noah Wixx great job brother. I like the hamstring curls and the cable leg extensions. That's a good workout you're putting together on your legs. I'm sure your legs are going to improve quite a bit. Looks like it.
Tissue irritation can take over a week to go away. Now I'm not sure if this is what's going on, but I would say in the next couple of days you may want to get that looked at if it's still not better.
