The standing calf raises destroyed my calf, just confused how tf I can do more weight in standing calf raises then squats haha

The hike has drained me of all my energy, I reckon I’m gonna have an amazing sleep tonight

that's an excellent attitude to have. Hopefully this weekend you can take a day just to rest. Maybe do some light cardio and catch up on...
