    I found the sweet spot at my gym is 7:30/8am start as most people are finishing up to head to work and the mums haven't got there yet as still doing school drop off. so you get about an hour and half where it's very quiet

    its currently in season here, so its super fresh. find if i put it in the pan with a little crushed garlic maybe some chilli and a dash of water and toss it stays crunchy and has a great flavour. its a good alterative to the standard greens most eat on a cut

    Been the hardest part for me as I love my food. Never had issue with the quality of food by the quantity of food I consumed. So restricting my calories has been very hard but hopefully when I am lean enough I can start to add some more

    I keep reading conflicting information on fats when you are taking testosterone As you no longer need the fats to help your hormones and should focus on your protein and carbs over fats But always happy to hear more info and details

    so quick update being school holiday got my little fuck trophies at home and Wife working so throws out my morning routine of Gym after school drop off. I am not a massive fan of training at night as finds it effects my sleep so will be focusing on my steps and some light resistance band work...
