I think the mental aspect is huge
if you don't love doing this or have that sick urge in your brain you won't do it
i've gotten in my car feeling like shit and almost didn't even go to workout, but i know to push through. and those workouts have been some of the best
it depends. a lot of people don't do well digesting fatty cuts of meat. its all about what you can tolerate. obviously our ancestors didn't throw out fatty meat, they ate everything because they had to but in modern times you have choices what you put into your body

i think you don't have enough of an understanding how all these hormones and drugs work. and how the body reacts. you don't 'reset your system' for example. that isn't how this work. its not like your computer starts running bad, then reset the computer...
