    Hello Everyone, woke up this morning feeling leaner. I notice my body changing even more after I added the Anavar. I am taking 20mg pre workout. I look leaner on this pic than the other pics I sent. Do you agree or is it just me? Lol

    The pan is not so nice but the food is! My dinner tonight. Choped chicken breast, choped pork, Eggs, Brocoli. And water with lemon.!!!

    You guys are all Awesome! Thank you all for the encouragement and words of wisdom! I am glad I am part of the family " The getting ripped Family" lol... I weighed today 247lbs. As someone said on here they believe I can get down to 220! Thats my goal!!!

    All day! Ijust eat twice a day. Not very big portions. If I am really hungry I will eat more meat.
