    how to use GW for endurance?

    I am a 5K and 10K runner, I also dabble with some half marathons maybe once or twice a year. my 5K time is 22:47 which is my all time PR. I have been stuck right around there for the better part of the past year. i cannot seem to improve. how can i use gw to get my time lower and what dosages?
