    Need help

    I know I shouldn't have waited til the last minute but today was my last shot of tren 2oo and test e 250 at .5ml each, was originally 1 ml each every 4 days but been this dose for about 2 weeks now and need to know when I should start taking clomid for pct and how often and duration, thank you.

    Exercise

    Should I be going to the gym everyday? If my body allows me to? If one muscle group is sore I will switch it up obviously, cardio at least twice a week. Any training advice?
