3 day split routine and mixing in running

I have always been a strength guy in the weight room and i tend to go heavy 3 times a week and do a split routine. I also love to go jogging and do a few miles a few times a week. This has proven to be quite hard to do since my body is not recovering fast enough. would steroids help me recover faster?

Steroids to recover? I would say primobolan is one of the best for recovery, so is straight testosterone.

hgh would be more viable for this along with sarms. steroids don't help recovery the way you might think.

They would help your muscles recover faster but they would also hinder your cardio

They help yes, but you should also make sure you aren't trying to make up for doing too much. Your body might be telling you something
