Planta is a brand that sells a plant protein product
This one is Maple French toast flavor and it tastes really good
It's got 20 g of protein and 110 calories per serving. It's a scoop that you mix in with your shake. Stuff is really good it's got a lot of vitamins and minerals to in the formula and zero sugar. Anyone try the stuff before?
 
I cannot fathom banana protein, it screams nastiness to me. Im not a fan of plant protein very much either although I rarely even use protein powders. They are overly used and while I do and have always seen the merit to them and do use them in smaller portions, there is no substitute for just eating quality food
 
focusing on the macros of a packaged food is how they get you

you should always look at the ingredients.

i will sum it up easier for you. it makes more sense to have a piece of chicken for protein and an actual banana. that is what your body wants
