I’m looking for the best chocolate candy bar out there
My choice is between Peanut M&M’s vs. Reese’s Peanut butter cups
Looks like the M&M’s have 180 calories, 10g fat, 3g protein , and under 20g of carbs. With under 20g of sugar
While the reeses has 110 calories, 6g fat, 2g protein and 11g sugar with 12 total grams of carbs.
Would like to have one of these post workout to quench my sweet tooth

There really isn't going to be a difference between them when you are talking about nutrition. They are both bad, lol. Just pick whatever one you are going to enjoy more and don't do it very often.
