Keep seeing the 40 / 40 / 20 macro Recommendations for protein, carbs, and fat
I always thought that fat was bad and you should avoid at all costs
well I guess I was wrong on that. Which fats do you guys consume on a daily basis that I should be taking a look at
 
If you want healthy fat for bodybuilding, go for omega3 fats which you can get from nuts like walnut and fish. Also, take monounsaturated fats from avocados for example. Use olive oil and coconut oil when cooking and eggs also provide a good source of healthy fats. Hope this helps.

I like to take healthy fats like omega fish oil or krill oil and nuts
 
Fish oil, nuts and seeds are best

Healthy stuff. Fish oils (like those in Krill-TS), some nut oils and so on
