Bloat Question about MK 677

I started using mk-677 nutrobal and I'm doing 10 mg a day as directed. I have been on for 2 weeks , I wanted to use it to help with my skin and sleep. Also I want to get some fat loss and recomp my body. So far I'm noticing a little bit of bloat, when does this go away and is this normal
 
yes its normal... ive covered this many times in the past... one of the main things you need to be aware of is the sodium/potassium ratio.. this also holds true with hgh but definitely more so with 677... generally after 4-6 weeks it does pass but you still need to be aware of this ratio... most people at WAY too much sodium and nowhere near enough potassium... thats very problematic here and will really accentuate the bloat... you shouldnt get much bloating from only 10 mg either but regardless, you should take in no more than 2300 mg per day of sodium and at minimum, you should be at 3500 mg of potassium per day but ideally it would be in the 4700 range... NO, potassium supplements are not the answer and you get very very ver trace amounts from them as it is... it needs to come from real food and NO bananas are NOT the best source for that, not even remotely close... there are many better options for that...

Bloating is normal with mk677 nutrobal it's like taking hgh you will bloat. Takes time for it to come off.
 
Dylan has you completely covered. Check out the article he gave you as well. There are many good options of foods to incorporate to get in plenty of potassium.

Usually 2 weeks and that goes away but I am surprised on such a low dose you would experience that. The recommended dose is typically 25mg per day.
