I'm curios AF. I learn best through trial and error. Call it smart or dumb idc. The point is I didn't listen to Dylan or any of other experienced guys about clen. I bought some thinking it would be similar to other stims and curb appetite or whatever. It fucking sucks. The feeling wasn't that bad but it offered 0 focus compared to other stims like caffeine. It was like the opposite of focus it was like jitters without motivation or a sense of well being. I just want to say try at your own risk. Its cheap so whatever. Maybe on a cardio day ill pop 1 and see how it goes.

For all those who remember me here is an update. For the recors I claimed all sorts of crazy shit about my diet etc in my first posts and most of it was true. What wasn't true was that I started at 28% body fat. Those machines are never accurate.. at my heaviest I was 6'2 253. Tbh I was fucking fat. I went from 2 jobs to returning to lazy student life and gained 60lbs over the course of ~15months. Before I started real gear I was 233. I had lost ~20lbs in 11 weeks on sarms+gw alone. My protocol is on my profile somewhere.

Anyway I started a real gear cycle because during my sarm cycle once I didnt gain any strength for the last 6 weeks. I actually lost ~ %20 strength on my leg press. Only lift that went up was shoulder press. I'm taking a main gain approach to dieting and training now. I was hella burnt from dieting. Man do I crave protein now constantly. Anyway I'm on 750mg of test a week and dialed my aromasin to 20 mg eod.

Progress pics before 2021. Sisters getting married in April and I'm already planning a masteron cycle.

I can post pics if you want to see a fat fuck turn into less of a fat fuck. Its impressive but nothing special yet.

bro...on your cycle vs gains...i would suggest this...try fasting it really helps lean out, not sure clenbuterol will even help when u compare to fasting....

I am not of belief that being fat = no gear at all, there’s zero science behind that whatsoever. HOWEVER, I am a firm believer in keep the test dose low to avoid water weight if you’re already on the chunky side (we’ve all been there).

lastly, I fucking LOVE clen. Always have, always will. Clen is not meant to be a laser focus stim it’s meant to stress out your body, raise your temp and melt away fat in the harshest way possible. Here’s my go-to clen routine, I typically run 6 weeks on 6 weeks off, yearly - typically to prime my next cycle.

40mcg/day - 2 weeks
60mcg/day - 2 weeks
80mcg/day - 2 weeks

Then I start my 200mg/week of Test prop (ED injects) plus whatever other compounds I’m running - usually primo, Tren Ace, EQ or anavar.

I agree with you. That's a ludicrous claim broscience makes that if a guy is fat he can't use steroids. Total nonsense. But of course aromatase has to be controlled so higher doses of aromasin + nolvadex.

I recommend to chunky (20%+) folks who train hard and diet well to stick with monthly bloodwork, even biweekly if your insurance and primary care or endo will refer to Labcorp or Quest. Don’t wanna crush the estrogen, some people aren’t really prone to the aromatization and there’s only one way to tell.

personal story - my nips were sore and I though I was experiencing some high E mood swings. Got bloodwork done and no issues whatsoever that alarmed my Endo.

long story short - people with high bodyfat still get prescribed TRT/HRT and do just fine, get bloods done and be sure. It’s still hormones you’re injecting. Be safe out there.
 
anyone can do whatever they want whenever they want... thats the beauty of life... i always tell people im not their dad and they can do whatever they want... i just give opinions and advice that i have gathered over the last 15 years of being around all of this and coaching thousands on thousands of people.. by doing that and getting that experience, ive seen and witnessed a lot... you see that there are always exceptions, always different responses etc but you also gather the majority responses and at least pick up on what seems to be more common, etc... an overweight person can use whatever they want but there is a lot more risk there and sometimes you wont see it initially, you'll see it later... thats just a risk you have to take... steroids are not magic drugs... you have to put in the work to allow them to work and if you are already overweight, the chance are a lot higher (not guaranteed, but a lot higher) of you hoping to have them as a crutch or magic that will transform you while you still eat like shit and workout like shit, if even at all... thats not how it works... regardless, its up to each person to do whatever they want...

Tbh the photos are not impressive because as of last Tuesday im 236. That's 5 lbs of water in just a few weeks. The changes are way more noticeable with my shirt on. I went from having a noticeable gut to a comfortable fit in all my clothes since june.

To all the other noobies, before I started this journey I had training experience. Also I have an amazing trainer and I would have never been able to do this without him. Trainers change lives for the better.
 
i always tell forum peeps to post up a pic to know their body fat. that is a very important thing to know

there is no way to accurately test body fat unless you get professionally tested in person.

Can you crop the pictures? I am very curious at base. You sound like me but I'm too embarrassed to post a picture. :cry: my bodyfat is high

Rick... Cmon man. This is scientifically not proven, never ever been peer reviewed and documented. There are many many many dudes on TRT/HRT that have a high AF BF% and do not experience the symptoms you’re stating.

This is another example of broscience. We are all biologically and chemically different - go see an endo and do your own thing. PERIOD. Fat, skinny, kinda fit/kinda fat... doesn’t matter. Aromatization is different in every person - no matter if you’re 7% BF or 17% BF. Does not matter. See a doctor, get bloodwork and let the doctor do what they do. Period.

I am over this whole bullshit of “too fat for steroids” it’s not proven, until it’s proven and published in medical journals with peer review I won’t believe it.
 
we have to network the knowledge on steroids, we cannot depend on studies cause they don't exist unless you see medical reasons for steroids

what we do know about high estrogen is that it is fuel for cancer though, that much is proven in studies

For HRT/TRT simply replacing natural normal levels of test, you are correct. Plenty of fat people out there on TRT. But lets face it,, that's not what we are talking about here. We are talking about superphysiological doses or "cycles". For those then absolutely positively it is my belief that you are cutting yourself short on gains by carrying too much bodyfat and allowing a higher conversion rate to estrogen, thus leading to less gains. My "broscience" position is based on real world experience because I lived and experienced it. Ive had higher bodyfat, and the gains were just meh. It wasn't until i got lean that I saw the great gains come on where I was able to add an additional 30lbs of muscle on my frame. It was also when I got lean that I found I reduced my estrogen sensitivity big time, where I can run up to 750mg of test per week with no ai and no issues. Then I can add in the countless clients I've had over the last decade that I've coached and saw similar responses once I got them lean. Theres a rrason you see so many more people with gyno problems that aren't lean versus are lean. When bodufst increases your chances of getting increase exponentially versus if they were lean

So this blanket statekent that theres nothing to back up the claims is complete bullshit. Thats just usually an excuse that fat guys give that either cant or won't get lean to justify and validate their own actions
 
Honestly diet is number one , if you want the results and want to be safer abd do it properly get leaner first IMO, sarms is a great starting point for people whonare higher bodyfat especially if you are going to cut and diet they are excellent and can help u attain goals if u put the work in
