Coconut oil for hair

Newbie
what do you guys think about using coconut oil in your hair? I tried it last night and some of it got into my eyes and wow it stung me bigtime. I couldn’t get it out, had to use eye droppers. Took about 2 hours for the pain to go away
do you think this is a good idea to keep trying or should I use something else
 
you should never get it in your eyes. make sure you keep a tissue on your forehead and keep your head turned up so it runs down the back of your neck not the front. i would wash it out thoroughly then shampoo right after
 
i only use n2shampoo on hair
 
be careful next time.....coconut oil is good for hairs but not good for eyes......
wear some band or cover your forehead with a towel..........
