What is the correct way to use sr9009?
Heard it's very hard to absorb it so you're supposed to take grapefruit juice with it
and then I also read someone say that it's dangerous to take grapefruit juice with medication it can cause issues like ulcers or bleeding inside the body.

I would use stenabolic sr9009 around training like 30min before and 15min before you train
