fasted cardio and weight training

what are the advantages and disadvantages to fasted cardio and weight training vs. eating a meal before hand then doing it. i honestly am scared to do it cause i don't want to lose muscle and i know you need to eat to gain muscle. at the same time when i do intense workouts or cardio i get sick and lose my lunch.
 
You should only do fasted cardio, the rest is a waste of time where you burn glucose if you're not empty stomach.
 
man thats a very long answer that actually has evidence that shows one way working and one way its a myth etc... thats just way too broad to even attempt and you are going to get so many different opinions on that.. best thing i can say to make it easy is for you to try both ways and see which works best for you or if there is any difference... some people swear by fasted cardio and some believe its a myth so there you go!

So eat later on.
 
if you consume food before cardio or a hard workout your body will want to evacuate it. why? cause it is too stressed out from the workout itself and also having to process that food you put into it. so it does the best thing and forces you to get rid of it either via the mouth or the butt lol.

also this myth that you lose muscle if you don't throw food at your body all day is baloney.
 
you can't go through life being scared to try new things. you'll never achieve greatness. you also can't have everything handed to you on a silver platter. personal trial and error is what works with dieting
 
you won’t lose muscle as long as your eating properly throughout the day after lol.
