fasted morning cardio first time

This morning I did fasted morning cardio for the first time and I was suprised how easy it was, everyone says it is usually hard the first time. I did the stepmaster and did it for almost an hour. then after i worked my shoulders and pecs, tomorrow will hit my legs and do some lunges, feels good to do a morning routine
 
Good you should keep doing fasted cardio, it's going to give you way better results than regular cardio.
 
if you want to burn more fat it isn't just about doing fasted cardio, it is about what you do AFTER your fasted cardio. do time restricted eating, in this case eat in a 2-6 hour window later in the day. you can hydrate in the morning but don't put anything in your body until later. you will go nowhere if after your cardio you go to chikfila or mcdonalds and eat
