fasting during season

certain times of year i fast for my beliefs and this year is no different but i find it hard to do it during a hot summer. this summer especially has been the hottest on record so it really makes it hard to stay hydrated. i fast from food and water during the day. do you have any tips to help with getting through it?
 
fasting in hot and humid weather is very tough because we derive a lot of our electrolytes from food and water. my advice is stay cool and avoid sweating, you are going to want to hydrate as much as possible before sunrise and then eat your meal after sunset with lots of liquids

i would not be fasting from water in the heat man.. thats just not smart whatsoever... food is one thing, i see no issue with that but the water thing, thats just called ignorant... stop doing shit you know is not healthy or smart

during rammadan you have to dry fast from sunrise to sunset. 1 Billion people in the world do it and it is mostly people in very hot parts of the world. you can do it just avoid sweating. obviously if you work in construction or lawn care outside you are going to be fucked but if you have an office job i don't see what the big deal is
 
Fasting from water is not something I recommend at all. No matter your beliefs. It's just not smart or wise at all especially in hot climate. Your body needs constant hydration
