filling up syringe?

I have a 3 ML syringe that's like 3 CC right? can I fill it up right to the top like 3.4 ml or can't go past 3??

bro..i dont go past 3ml...you shouldnt be injecting more than 3ml per injection site anyhow...

I fill it to the top almost 3 1/2 ml there.
