Anything in particular I should be staying away from? Trying to just gain mass not cut. I stay away from sugar cause I'm not a huge sweets guy anyways.
3/4 eggs in the morning with a fruit
Lunch hasn't been following lately but has been lots of stew lately
Dinner tonight was a chicken quarter, rice and veggies.
PBJ/ nuts and lately turkey sandwiches between. Anything I could intake more or stay away from to help gain more mass would be appreciated.
 
Stay away from processed foods.
To gain quality mass first determine your calorie needs to maintain your current weight. Then add somewhere around 20% more.
A balanced diet will produce life long benefits.
 
1. refined oils
2. refined sugars
3. refined flour
4. restaurant and fast food
5. things in boxes and packages

stick to a natural whole food diet. always know what is in your food

processed foods no good I dont eat them
