getting into ketosis in less time

Newbie
My goals are fat loss and I know that getting into ketosis is the way to do it, but i've tried keto dieting and I am still not pissing out any ketones for some reason. maybe it just takes a while? if so how can i speed up this process so i can start peeing out ketones and start my weight loss journey, i'm currently 300 pounds.

You should try dry fasting for getting into ketosis, like within 36hrs

No. It's A way - not THE way.
 
the keto diet is rarely done correctly. example: I'm gonna eat a steak, that is keto. when a very small % of that steak is fat. keto diets are pushed by people who are really just pushing no carb diets. it is a complete shit show and gives it a bad name.

if you want to actually get into ketosis you have to fast PERIOD. a water fast you will get into ketosis by day 3. dry fasting in half the time.
