green juice powder with smoothie

I'm running a bunch of orals and i want my liver to cleanse itself out. do you think doing a juice smoothie every morning will help cleanse things out ? i am using cucumber, apples, lemon and lettuce in it, i also want to add in a scoop or two of greens powder. the website says this recipe helps flush out the liver.
 
You can combine the greens drink with actual greens powder, that would be a good combo. I do believe in flushes.
 
the only way to flush out the liver is to fast and use n2guard

smoothies are a novel idea but they put a lot of pressure on your digestive system, a lot of times they do more harm than good cause your stomach has to digest 8 different things at once lol
