How to pick coconut oil

I see a lot of options at the grocery store for coconut oil
But which one do i choose?
The price range is from $4 up to $25 per tub
is there a difference between them?

buying coconut oil from the supermarket is trash

you MUST look for 2 things

COLD PRESSED
UNREFINED

and of course should contain ONLY coconut oil

no other ingredients

if it doesn't fit that then don't buy it. amazon sells high quality coconut oil or go to whole foods
