Increased lifts on sarms

Newbie
do you think it is a smart idea to increase the amount of lifting I do while on my sarms cycle
I usually do about 20 sets per workout, should I increase that to 25 sets instead?
I’m doing rad140 and lgd4033 stacked together 10mgs each
I'm 24 years old and have been training for 2 years

I would increase lifts on samrs but slow dont rush it and be careful

rad140 should be 25mgs imo
 
on sarms I bridge a lot and yk11 10mgs lgd 10mgs good lifts

no keep your lifting the same, don't use PED's to push too hard or you can get injured unless you truly are ready for the next step
 
how you lift in terms of reps and set should accommodate whatever goals you have... 20-25 reps on a set is rather excessive unless its some type of burnout you perhaps do on one particular exercise... i would do more research or talk to a trainer about volume/frequency etc... you need to develop a better understanding of how to go about it
 
Listen to Dylan as it seems you just need more education on how to train properly which is completely normal. We all started somewhere and needed help and guidance to get to where we are. It is all a learning experience

Try it - if you progress then yes. If not - then no
 
It's all about your goals bro. When I start a cycle, I don't plan on increasing my workload exponentially. My weights increase of course as my strength increases due to the PED's, but I don't all of a sudden tack on a ton of additional sets.

We can still overtrain on PED's! If you do, you can injure yourself.

As always, begin with the end in mind and tailor your training program to meet you goals.
