Jump Rope cardio + Glute Exercise

Hi Y'all,

Here's my quick home workout. I'll start with activation warm-up and stretching routine followed by 30 second each of DB glutes workouts then I'll round up with a 60 second jump rope cardio x5.

not sure I would do the hip thrusts but I like most of these workouts
