Legit advice on training arms

Hey Guys. I need some detailed advice on training arms.

I’ve been training for 17 years, and have been stuck at 17-17.5 inch arms for several years now.

I’ve been training biceps/triceps twice a week off and on for a year now. And I have seen more development, but nothing like I feel I should especially being on Gear.

It’s very frustrating considering I have a large back and chest. And pretty good shoulders too. But it seems like my arms (mainly my triceps) are being absolutely stubborn.

And yes. I know it has a lot to do with genetics. But we all know what lifters on Gear say about genetics! 😜

So, any advice from seasoned lifters who have had the same issues would be greatly appreciated!

Any advice is appreciated, but more advanced advice is better since I’m a seasoned lifter.

Thanks a ton!

you know the best thing for arms is doing more arms lol ironic right

but in terms of exercises here is what I suggest
DIPs for triceps, like a LOT of close hand dips
Reverse arm push ups to target the triceps

and for BICEPs
barbell curls with a bar
arnold style flat bar

and super sets on arms with drop sets

so 15 reps biceps
15 reps triceps

drop to 5 reps bis/5 reps tris
really get a good pump

add some ostazol m1mk 4 caps before you train watch those arms pump up

high sets, lots of pumps and drop/super sets are a must for arms

are you on a cycle? because I dont see a log

high sets are a must for arms like over 30 sets to get high pumps and volume pushing into the arms

you on some cycle? I want to see a LOG post it

high volume and high pumps are leading to bigger arms

Monstro wants a log from you, show us your LOG the team wants it

No. Finishing my PCT from my late Spring cycle. Will probably start another cycle in mid to late July.

Gotta get my body fat percentage down a little more before I start another cycle as well.

Test E.-300-400 Mg’s per week

Equipoise-300-400 Mg’s

Possibly Turanibol-20-40 Mg’s per day

Ok. Here is what I came up with for high volume. Critic as you want. I have thick skin sort of. Lol.

Biceps/Triceps 2 times a week.

Day 1:

Single Arm Cable push downs- 4 sets of 12-15
Skull Crushers- 4 sets of 12
Dips- 4 sets of 12

Hammer Curls- 4 sets of 12-15
Straight Bar Curls- 4 sets of 12
Spider Curls- 4 sets of 12

Superset:

Reverse Cable Curls- 3 sets to failure
Tricep Rope Pushdown- 3 sets to failure

Day 2:

V Bar Pushdowns- 4 sets of 12-15
Pin Presses- 4 sets of 12
Skull Crushers- 4 sets of 12

Hammer Curls- 4 sets of 12-15
Straight Bar Curls- 4 sets of 12
Preacher Curls- 4 sets of 12

Superset:

Overhead Tricep Rope Extensions- 3 sets to failure
Single Arm Cable Curls- 3 sets to failure
