lifting suggestions for cardio/weights

I like to do usually 25 minutes of cardio and then do my lifting. I don't plan my lifts, i just do it randomly but i will stick to just legs one day and upper body the next. i guess i am just looking for some ideas on a routine/plan that i can stick with so i can get more consistent. also keep in mind i am fat.
 
I would go 30min cardio then workout, it's always best to do cardio with training. Get that blood flowing and warm up.
 
If you look into a bunch of the famous guys that put youtube videos out and watch them. Do not copy them but learn from them. Then you can build your own routine based on the exercises and type of split you like. I recommend switching up your routine every 6-8 weeks just to keep things interesting.
 
Just keep doing what you're doing. At your level of training something is better than nothing.

Monday Chest
Twesday Back
Wednesday REST
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Arms
Saturday REST
Sunday Legs

Never train more than 3 days row
