how do I dose it? I have 2 bottles already and not sure AM or PM
someone told me i would get sleepy with it etc
also do I get some nutrozol?

I would take 20mgs before bed so you're not sleepy during day, mk677 makes me too sleepy. Add some 2 caps of nutrozol.

I would take 25mg per day all dosed in the PM. You want to get at least 2 more bottles though since it is best run for a minimum of 16 weeks.
