Peanut butter jelly

Protein with bread/toast

not bad. but not as optimal as it could be in terms of eating as natural as you could

it depends on the quality of the food too. oatmeal should be raw for example, a lot of oatmeal is sold with added sugars. the pasta remember is processed. peanut butter out of a jar usually contains sugars and other additivies. jelly same thing lots of sugar. bread/toast not something i would eat, look for a very unrefined and natural bread option

High high high libido, not much weight gain but my lifts are going up drastically, dont get pip til the next day or day after that. No night sweats but I start to stir around 3 am and then get extremely hot, other than that side effects are very minimal, noticing body changes and others are too.
