Little back ground 41yo 6’2” 210lbs
Been training naturally for nearly 25 years when 5 years ago I broke my back in a fall. Spent 4 years in wheelchair on a cane and gained almost 70lbs during that time. The last year I have been back to training and have dropped 65lbs of the 70 gained. This cycle is to help me recomp to my pre injury body. Currently on week 8 as of May 8, 2023 have had no sides other than a bit of water retention which I use 25mg Hydrochlorothiazide one day a week to aid in removal.

Now, can you please daily or every few days post what you're eating for that day so we can actually judge your protein carbs fats intake, because your meals are random I mean actual meals and what you eat and what time.

And can you please post your training sets reps and what you do every day or few days so we can follow your training and see how you're doing. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I’ll try to do that a couple times a week. I avg about 2200 cals a day equaling carbs 275g fats 37g and protein 192g. On avg I burn around 3500 cals a day activity plus BMR. Trying to get it up to 3000 cals in a day but finding it hard to eat more that 3-4 meals a day.
 
bros you dont need PCT if you on TRT, you're wasting time and SERMS , it's 100% scientific fact no PCT if you on TRT and can you post your picture face blurred?

using arimidex or another Ai is a must with 600mgs+ test and you dont need PCT with TRT and we need to see your pic please

why no anti estrogens? that can cause brain damage having high estrogen in the body
why pct with trt? you'll just boost estrogen for nothing
why not details on training diet? please start posting diet and training details

Though in terms of changes, using Ai is a must even low dose and organ liver support is a must, and PCT is no necessary with TRT, you wasting the SERMS and clomid will mess you up psychologically and estrogenic e2 wise.

Sure start at least 3 times per week so we can see where you're at. Just looking at your diet stats 37grams of fat? thats not good you need higher fats over 100 grams and high omega 3 fats or you'll cause long term joint and heart damage.

Thanks I do have AI on hand but so far haven’t needed it, other than mild water retention I have no estrogenic sides. Also have caber on hand in case prolactin sides pop up but so far with 4 weeks on deca have had no sides as well. As for organ support, in the supps portion of my first log post you will see nearly every ingredient in n2gaurd individually, and all at efficacious dosages. Been on clomid since I started TRT in July 22 and have not noticed any sides other than increase testicular volume and seminal volume, which is why I take it. I know it’s a bit of vanity but I just don’t like my balls to shrivel up.

For everyone asking for a picture I only took one picture at the start of this cycle and it’s just a mirror selfie in trunks. Other than that, I hadn’t taken a picture since prior to my broken back. Massive body dysmorphia while I had all that weight on me.

Yesterday log:
Super simple I had 6 spinal lumber injections, did a fasted 5 mile walk and did not track diet as I treated myself to a nice 20oz ribeye and backed potato (no sour cream). That was lunch and dinner.

Today is also a test day but will have a small cardio session and about an hour of training on the TRX suspension system for body weight training. Will log it all and try to post if here tomorrow morning along with diet.
