Online Peptides vs Local Compound Pharmacy Quality

Hey fellas, I wanted to get your thoughts on if the local US based hormone/peptide clinic doctors who work with local compound pharmacies to source their peptides are genuinely considered much higher quality or if at the end of the day, the efficacy of the peptides is the same ballpark as ordering online at say swisschems, umbrellalabs or napsgear etc.

I am referring to Peptides ONLY, so stuff like BPC 157 / Thymosin Beta 4 TB 500 / Epitalon / Tesamorelin. I know the local compound pharmacy here in Denver, CO gets you the pure product in liquid form, while you need to reconstitute the online stuff. But can anyone who has had EXPERIENCE using both and compared them to one another chime in on a higher level if they notice one being superior to the other? I just want to understand if the local compound pharmacy in the liquid pure form is considered higher grade that you get through a clinical dr.

Lastly, what is a good online source for picking up bulk 31g needle+syringe combo at a great price?

Oh and on that last part, I see Amazon has great deals on 100 packs of the 31g insulin needles, for peptides, is it better to go with the 6mm or 8mm for the 31g ? Thx!

I would always order from approved sources vs any pharmacies, why would you overpay for same gear right?
can you tell us what are your goals, what do you plan to do this with stack? tb500 bpc you got injury? whats the situation

Forget swisschems for a start.

I see both sides bigging up what they used be that compounded or generic etc but many here, inc me, have had great results from our approved sources like PSL, NapsGear or UGFreak

i would get 29G instead of 31G

i get mine from cheappinz or gpz med lab. but if you find them on amazon then thats even better since they have an easy return policy

There are "compounding" pharmacies that pop up CONSTANTLY anymore and while I cannot comment on the reliability and quality, I am very aware that many of them outsource their peptides from China just like many research companies...
