Oral acid reflux

I am getting acid reflux when i use orals
I start getting heartburn and also I start coughing up phlegm
I tried using both dianabol and anavar and it happens with both steroids
I've tried with food I've tried without food. I've tried with water and I've tried without water. No matter what I do it happens. Is there anything else I can try

if food is not helping then orals may not be for you... i have seen many people have issues but the answer is to take with food... you may want to look to other options, sarms being the primary and best option

I would consider changing out your orals for sarms as well because from the sounds of things, they are just not agreeing with you

you should take the orals after food
and add some apple cider vinegar and fiber with digestive enzymes

Apple cider vinegar taken every day is shown to reduce acid reflux. Just take 1 tbsp.
