ostazol caps before training

Newbie
I'm going to grab some ostazol from banned nutrition in the banners. i've read that i should vary my dosages but was wondering what you think would work best for me? I train 4-5X per week, I have a healthy diet and I do a lot of cardio on off days. should i use it before weights or before cardio too?

I would take ostazol am and before training, 2 caps AM and 4 caps preworkout, split into 3 doses. I found cardio and training is amazing on ostazol and cardazol.
 
I agree with Mobster. Just follow what the bottle says. If you want to play with the dosing then just try some things out on your own. There is no secret hidden protocol though.
