quick meals for post workout

I’m looking for some advice when it comes to post-workout meals. I’m looking for something that I can put together really quick. Right now I’m microwaving some rice and those packets and then I’ll get one of those packets of broccoli and throw them in the microwave afterwards. Now I just need something for protein. What would you recommend that’s really easy to use?
 
This might already be coming late, seeing that you dropped this post yesterday and I'm sure you must have eaten😃 but next time you could do a pre-cooked chicken, tuna packets, or a protein shake
 
this time of year turkey it is. i like to eat turkey and save the leftovers. then reheat them easy
 
I like cream of rice with protein powder.. I’ll mix in strawberries and blueberries! 1-1.5 hours later I’ll have chicken, rice and veggies
 
Have your meal already ready. That is the secret when it comes to post workout. This way you can simply reheat it and go.
