Raw sauerkraut as a supplement

I heard that if you find raw sauerkraut that you can take it in as a supplement a spoonful of it everyday and it's supposed to be really good for your gut health
I've tried using KEFIR and it makes me sick. Not a good reactor to dairy
What benefits would taking in the sauerkraut provide me. I've read about it's good for the gut
 
the whole point behind it is that it is LIVE FOOD

most americans especailly eat dead foods. hence all the gut problems
but if you are prone to crohns or even ibs then it isn't a wise idea to eat it

if you want sauerkraut make sure its the actual food not the supplement
 
like i always say, supplements have their places but REAL food is the winner

Sauerkraut, Is great supplement, contains K, C & B, calcium, magnesium, dietary fiber, folate, iron, copper, manganese, and potassium. Cannot go wrong. Just spoonful Each day is enough to boost your immune system Etc. With little side effects in most cases not much of concerns. I say Yes go for it,
