s23 bad side effects RASH

I used sarms before. Used cardarine and testolone for 8 weeks.
This time I got s23 from proven peptides and started to stack it with LGD.
After s23 was added to my lgd my urine changed color like dark orange
with the color change came a rash and pains
like real rash all over my body with dark urine like kidney problems from s23?
I'm scared guys what should i do
