Supplementing with injectable B12

uses B12 as injections?
I went to an anti-aging Clinic that offered free injections and they had me fill out a bunch of crap and then wanted me to sign up for a monthly plan. I ended up just walking out and handing the form back to the lady. I think it's best for me to do this on my own can you give me the best options for me
