I want nothing more than to live a long and happy life
I'm currently 38 years old and I would like to take something to help with anti-aging
I know that there are certain creams that people take but I'm not looking for that. I'd rather take something that is a supplement that I take orally i read about adaptogen, would this be a good one?

anti aging? I suggest fish oil daily to start with some n2guard
 
greens are good for long life too
 
You can't supplement your way to a long life. And also remember that genetics are extremely important in life expectancy. Here are a few things you can do:

-eat lots of raw fruits and veggies
-implement fasting
-reduce stress
-don't drink alcohol/smoke/use rec drugs
-get good quality sleep
-stay hydrated
-exercise daily
-avoid processed foods
