hey guys, i've got the dreaded sore knees and there is arthritis in there and meniscus damage from years of carpentry and squatting. probably not a good idea to do both in the same day for you youngsters. i'm looking to use tb500 and my question is how would i use this stuff to help me here in terms of dosage etc.

I suggest you try n2joint rx with some nutrozol and mk677 (nutrobal). You can stack tb500 on top of this.

agree with the above and for tb500 you will want to take 2mg several times a week the first couple weeks then gradually lower
