test cyp and deca cycle questions

What is going on everyone? I just started my test cyp and deca cycle around 3 weeks ago and I'm doing adex daily at 1/4mg a day. my nipples are getting super sore and feeling achy like I got gyno coming on. should I add nolvadex to this cycle or should I keep upping the adex dose until the problem goes away?
 
I would switch to 20mgs aromasin and 40mgs nolvadex, add yohimflame on the spot and ostazol preworkout. That will fix your gyno issues.
 
you should be on .5 mg every other day to start with but you dont make any mention of how high you are running test and deca, nor if you are running anything for prolactin.. are you using proviron? you should be using that with deca as well.. you need to provide more info man
 
itchy nipples does not mean gyno however you haven't given us much to go by. what steroid dosages are you running? you should get mid cycle bloodwork in a few weeks.
