My anavar and test e cycle
Got my products from osgear. They are pretty good from first impression. Was definitly a bit suspicious at first since they had almost every product, but those suspicions quickly faded. They run alot of promos like every week. Delivery was also fast for international( took 2 weeks). THEY EVEN GAVE ME Some extra gifts lol.

I am a 21 year old college athlete , who is thinking about doing his first cycle. Ik I'm a bit young too start,but I am a bit arrogant and ignorant to listen lol.
I am 5,5 and 134 pounds( I'm a pretty small dudd I would say this is where my natural bw is at under maintenence diet as I'm not cutting extra hard like I would during the season which I would be pretty low. Still recovering from the cut. Around 2800 calories is my maintenence without all the heavy cardio I do.
I am thinking about moving up a weight class( I am normally the 125 wc) but I am thinking about moving to 133.
Here's are some precautions I am taking beforehand.

Didn't have acutane so I'm using benozyl peroxide for my acne
Zinc 50
N2 gaurd for liver
Maybe some taurine because of the pumps everyone says.





These are my prs
3 miles run : 17 minutes and 49 seconds
1 mile run : 6 minutes and 32 seconds

32 pull ups
Weighted pull ups bw+135
Pushups 150+
Dips : 42

but my here are my big 3 lifts
Bench : 205 (not really a pushup guy)
Squat: 285
Deadlift: 405

Snatch : 155
Clean: 225
Clean and jerk: 180

I'm don't usually like doing olympic lifts as I feel like I can seriously Injured sometimes.

If you feel I'm missing something help would be appreicated.
 
I forgot to say how long my cycle is I will be doing 300 mg/ml for 14 weeks with 50 mg of anavar

While I don't approve you doing steroids at your age, you already have the gear and using it, so I'm not your parents, you make your own choices.

300mgs testosterone and 50mgs anavar is a fairly safe cycle.

The big thing I want to see you share is your full LOG.

Start with training, give us training details daily as you go.

second start your diet log and write down on phone what you eat and share the notes, meals and when you eat and how much thats crucial.
 
make sure you gots PCT ready
nolvadex
clomid
cardarine
ostazol or hcgenerate
 
obviously 21 is too young but you got the gear aint no one going to stop you

post up your log details, trianing diet
 
I started gear at 19 so no problem but you gots to have pCT and gots to put up training diet daily
 
Started off with a run around campus for 30 minutes.

Got back at 7 and ate something light
1 cup of greek yogurt =120 calories (9c)(22p)
With 25 grams of crushed almonds = 142 calories (5.8 c)(5 p)( 13 f)
2 Sausages links = 270 calories (4g c)( 26g p)( 18 f)
Orange juice 12 FL oz = 167 calories (39 carbs, 2 g p)

12 is when lunch break is
During this time I might workout lightly and eat or do some study time
But this is the weeknd so don't have to worry about that
8oz of smoked turkey leg =328 calories (3 g c)(75 p)(30f)
2 pieces of rice cakes (22g c)(2g p)
1 cup Red kidney beans = 200 calories(42g c)(14g p)(1g f)



No practice today

3:45 went to the gym
Some functional training for wrestling Saturdays are more of a cardio day
Did some rope pull
3 x 1 ( 45 lb weight), 2x1 (70)
Rope climbing 3 sets of 1
2 sets of plus bw + 25
Long jumps 3x1 for 1 minute each
Box jumps 4x1 for 30 seconds each
Seated Rows
2x5 (65) 3x3 ( 75) 2x4 (100)
Cable snap downs ( similar to a cable pressdown)
2 x failure (80 lb) as fast as I can go
1x failure (100lb)

Ran up and down the stadium
3 sets of 1
Suicides across the track field 100 m down and back 3 sets of 1

5:35 pm took a nap
took a protein shake =
12 oz ml of milk(177 calories) (10g c )( 20g p)(6g f)
Protein powder 24 ( 130 calories) (5g c)(24g p)(2g f)
A banana = 100 calories (23g c)(1g p)


Woke up at 6:15
Dinner consists of
6 oz beef ribeye =465 calories (36 p)(33f)
1 cupMashed potatoes = 175 calories3 (37 g c)(4g p)(1g f)
4 oz Shrimp 125g = 112 calories ( 24g p) (1g f)
Cabbage soup = 100 calories (2g c)(2g p)(1 f)
Bell peppers = calories are non existent
Asparagus calories are also non existent

8:00 finished 100 pushups in a row
8:15 - study time


10:00 lights out
Summary: didn't feel the anavar at first since I already get crazy pumps from doing cardio . Don't have much expectations at the beggining of the week though.
Not sure if it's a placebo but I felt like I recovered much faster after each set strength didn't go up though

Total calories today= around 2700
macros
199-200g carbs
257g protein
107g fat
 
I forgot to also say my test and anavar are from ultima pharma . Anyone have any experiences with this brand?
