Training for size

Newbie
is there a difference between training for size vs. training for Aesthetics.
Right now my layout looks like this
Monday is upper body
Tuesday is lower body
Wednesday I'm off
Thursday I train abs, calves and stretch
Friday back to upper body
Saturday lower body
Sunday off.
Any thing you would change?
 
that would work only if you don't over train shoulders. but i don't hate that setup at all except it could get boring so make sure you change up your exercises

if you want to train for size
use big lifts
deadlifts
squats
bench press
 
squats and deadlifts if you want to get strong
