Tren cough from other steroids?

Newbie
it's happened to me a couple times in my life where I've injected other types of steroids and still ended up getting the tren cough.
I've never actually use Trenbolone before but I'm suspecting two things could be happening. 1. Maybe the gear i took had some tren in it? 2. Something in the gear upset my lungs?
Would love to hear your opinion
 
ive seen others hit nick a vein and have that kind of issue but its more so on the rare side... definitely not impossible though

tren cough happens from all steroids
use cardarine and n2guard daily to prevent it
 
trenbolone cough can happen from all steroids
