tricep pain question

Newbie
hoping you guys know what is wrong with me! It has been 3 months since my left tricep started to bother me and it isn't anything to do with my joints or anything like that at all. what i am noticing is when i lift i get some sharp pain going down my tricep, i have tried staying away and going super light but it isn't getting better.
 
'going down my arm' sounds like a nerve issue

it also could be a tear and the pain you are getting is inflammation.
 
If is on triceps is maybe inflamation or nerve , go to doctor do test .
To heal injuries try
BPC157 + TB500 + 30mg anavar
