TRT with steroids questions

I am 45 years old and just got on TRT about a year ago
I’m 5’8’’ and 210 pounds with 22% body fat approximately
I have kind of fallen off the wagon in recent years
I'm taking 200 MGS a week of testosterone currently
I want to add something to help me lose weight. Would anavar 100mgs a day be a good option to burn belly fat?
 
Clean diet lots cardio is how you drop lbs,anavar would be nice to add,but realize it's not gunna just melt off.good luck.

high bodyfat is a bit bad but you can do anavar 50mgs and n2slin 2 caps before meals with 20mgs cardarine before am cardio
that should help you push along and get leaner
 
TRT should be stacked with 300mgs testosterone
 
noone should be advising someone at 22% body fat to be using steroids SMFH... what on earth is going on here? if you need trt, thats one thing and thats fine at the intended dose because you would need it for a condition but in no way does that mean anyone in shit condition should be running blasts.. come on
 
I would strongly suggest to focus on your diet and not hoping that steroids will help you to get into better condition. You need to make adjustments and fix your diet.

If someone is really fat testosterone is not the best drug. Fat causes Test to armotase at a rapid rate. Someone that is more then 20lbs. over fat could easily end up with estrogen levels inthe 949 range with a test reading of 200-300 with nothing more then one injection a week of 200mg/ml Test Cypionate. Now imagine if they took high dose's how high their estrogen would be???? If someone is fat they need to stay away from anything that can convert to estrogen and stick with things like deca or anavar and tren(full list)....... Fat most often converts Test to estridol which is the worst form of estrogen tohave in ones body!

Everyone loves test but it really is seldom the best tool to use either by itself or even stacked. I think most people when stacking test with other agents always goo over board with how high they run their test. What the fuck is the point of running 500mg or more of Deca if you are going to take in 1000mg of Test each week......Their is a point where you run out of receptors for the AAS to attach to and do any work. Plus on top of that you never get to see the real effect of any given hormone by itself to truly understand it's impact on your body.

From a health standpoint I like stacking but think it is not a matter of how much shit can I stick in my body rather how can make sure my cells are happy.....If someone wanted to use Tren,Deca,Winny, Anavar then I agree some test should be int he mix just to keep your nurons in your brain and your nerves and joints happy not to trya nd get a masive synergistic effect because I do not think large dose's of test are needed with agents that produce lean,hard, clean water free mass. In fact too much test will only serve to get inthe way of what these other AAS's do.

For instance if one wanted to use Tren as a cutting agent part of that cutting is getting rid of excessive estrogen and water wait. If you have too much test int he mix this will get int he way of the tren. So for a cutting cycle I think you need to know how the Tren,Winny,Anavar etc...effects your body which means at some point you will have needed to do it alone so you know what it does and how much you need to take. The idea being to build the cuttiing cycle around the AAS that you are useing to cut with. So for Tren you would have to know how much you need to take daily or EOD to keep all of your current mass! Remember we are cutting here then you would need to add just barely enough Test to keep your penis,joints and brain happy. Since the average male should be putting out 7-8mg a day of test that is the starting point. Remember we want to cut and stay happy and be able to have killer sex andnot have our joint killing us towards the endo f the cycle. You would not need to use Test directly you could use DHEA or Test either one will produce some test and estrogen int he body which is all your after. I have done tren only cycles and I can lose 50lbs of winter fat in 6 weeks time with out doing any dieting at all running just tren....The problem though was joints killing me by week 10........Add in some test just a little bit and WOW joint pain gone.......

A woman could easily just use Anavar and oral DHEA and grow like mad. Unlike men most womens body turns DHEA into Test and since it is oral route you would be hard pressed to convert too much DHEA to test so it is a built in safety to keep them from growing a beard and and getting a clit the size of a black porn star's penis! SInce femals natural have very little test natural even a modest increase from 100mg of DHEA a day mixed with their Anavar would do insane things over the course of many cycles!

As for bulking cycles if the person is not fat to start with then test is cheap and works great so why go super high on the other compounds if you going high with test......So if you taking 800-1200mg a week of test then 250mg of Deca will do about as much as 500mg of deca will do with that much test already inthe body. Obviously the more musce mass you are packing the larger the dose of steroids one can take since the number of AAS receptors is proportional with the amount of muscle mass you have. So as you get bigger it takes more AAS to continue to grow but inthe mean time why flush money down the drain. Taking huge amounts of AAS just because that is what the pro's take is like trying to copy their workout routines with out first earning the recovery ability to match them. Taking extra does not make you grow that much faster after a certain point of margianal gain is meet. It is the same thing as when afarmer puts fertilizer on his field as he increase the amount of fertilizer he increases crop yield but you eventualy reach a point where you do no longer get as much back from your investment and to go past that youare wasting money.

An easy way to determine how much you need would be to use nitrogen ballance test strips. It is not perfect butit is cheap and would in the long run do two things. First as would save money by not useing any AAS that your body could not use. Second you would reduce the side effects that we do not like as they are usualy dosage dependent. Third you would save a huge amount of money over the course of many cycles by not over useing. Forth you would be able to adjust you dosage as you gained muscle mass to keep pace with your new muscle mass.FInaly you could also test how much protein you are loseing thourgh your urine and adjust your protein intake to again save you money in wasted grocerys or protein powder and save your bodies resources since digestion is just another energy robbing things that you could use to build your bodya nd recover if you do not ned to extra food!

So the recap.......Test great for some not so good for fat lose inthe really fat guy! Use AAS smarter not just blindly pumping huge amounts of gear into your body! Testing can be used to match gear and protein intake to what you are doing int he gym!
