var and primo stack good for females?

Newbie
my trainer at the gym told me that var and primo would be the best steroid for me to use as a female. I'm 30 years old with 13% body fat, super lean. I fast regularly and eat healthy. Now I want to take things to another level with my workouts. What are the best female dosages for using primo and var together and for how long do you run them
 
For women I suggest anavar only to start with sarms. Sarms are way safer for women, no matter what. Something like cardarine 10mgs + 5mgs anavar will give you great results if you stack with cardazol 30/day.
 
If you are competing then yes, anavar and primo are the best options for a female. If you are not competing then I recommend sticking to SARMs or good natural supplements.

Do you even know what that trainer is certified in or what his knowledge of gear regiments is ? I'm no expert at all, everything I've seen and learned it's better to start out with just one compound at low dose and take slow, but that's with anything. Personally I would recommend sarms to start if you want to doo the toe in the water, far less sides to worry about.

Sarms are a safer option for females. If you use primo it would be 25 to 50mg per week. Var at 10mg per day
