waking up with sore back after weights

When I weight train the next day I am waking up to a very sore neck to the point I cannot even look around when I am driving to see if there is a car in my blind spot or turn my head. I don't have the problem after I lift, just the next morning and it tends to get better as the day goes on. anyone go through this?
 
well you can start by doing yoga and inversion table daily.

also fix your sleeping position. best thing is on your back with the pillow under your neck/head.
 
Be careful when you are performing certain exercises that you are not clenching your traps/neck. This is easy to do when you are lifting particularly with your shoulders. Just something to be aware of. This is also a good practice for runners. Try to keep the neck area relaxed.
