what do you think about eating the following foods?

adding up to around 2000 calories. I am currently 188 pounds and 5’8

I like all those foods except juice, juice too much sugar.

But I eat protein and turkey and chicken with eggs and sweet potatoes and oats daily. You just laid out my diet.

That diet will lean you out for sure.
 
I always recommend sticking to single ingredient whole foods that are natural as much as possible
also don't be scared of raw fruit and you need to eat more good fats
 
Green veggies - great choice
carrots - not great, not terrible
eggs - one of the best things you can eat
egg whites - not a fan since the nutrition is in the whole egg
lean turkey/chicken - perfect
protein shakes - stick to real food, unless you want to liquid shit
sweet potato - great
oats - good carb but watch portions
lots of juicing - no way. Eat whole fruits and veggies.
