What supplements help with bad dreams

I tend to have bad dreams especially when I'm under a lot of stress. Is there a supplement out there that can help relax me and prevent me from having these bad dreams. Last night I dreamt that I was fighting someone and I bash them in the head and I woke up in a cold sweat. I think I'm going crazy

The only thing I have heard stops dreams is Marijuana use. So no dreams on the pot it what it seems like, but you have to smoke a couple of nights per week for a while before the effect kicks in.


On the natural side this is a good suggestion:
