Let's say you just put in an amazing work out and you want to make sure that your body responds well to it
what are some of the worst things you can do after your workout that will offset all the hard work you put in during your workout session
 
Good question. Not resting well enough, drinking alcohol, using recreational drugs and eating junk food can all mess up your expected gains.
 
stressing your body out more. remember your body is stressed out as it is, it needs to recover. throwing shitty food at your body, mental stress, not sleeping well are stressors that you may not understand

even something you think is harmless like a protein shake after a workout is capable of stressing your gut out so much that it inhibits recovery!
